RETURN POLICY

You must keep in mind that you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package and that the products must meet several conditions.

HOW DO YOU RETURN?

1. Log into your Account and go to the Returns section. Here you will find displayed all the orders you have placed and which can be returned according to the return conditions. Select the order, then the products, quantity and reason for the return.

2. Then add the address from which you want to pick up the package. You can select one of the addresses to which we have made deliveries to you or you can add a new address.

3. Select your payment method. If the order you return was made through a shopping card, credit card or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the account associated with it. If you paid by another method, you can choose to receive the money in a specific bank account.

4. Once we register your return request, we will keep you informed about its status by e-mail and/or SMS about the status of your order.

Be careful, we will notify you when the return arrives at the warehouse.

After we check the products you returned, we will tell you if all the return conditions have been met.

Then we will notify you when we refund the amount equivalent to your return.

You need to know: a return form is related to an order. If you want to return products from different orders, you will have to repeat the above process for each order placed.

Returns must be shipped directly to the door of the address provided in our return instructions.

WHAT DOES RESPONSIBLE RETURN MEAN?

Return the product you no longer want in the same condition in which it was delivered. This means: tried on but not worn, without stains, without signs of wear or tears, including accessories or box and with the label still attached.  Think that the next customer may fall in love with the product you returned.

Surely you have not thought so far about the impact on the environment: wasted materials for packaging, cars in traffic for delivery, the work of people in the warehouse who prepare the product and then unpack it and especially, think about that customer who could enjoy the stuck product.

WHAT CONDITIONS MUST THE RETURNED PRODUCT MEET?

The condition of accepting the return is that the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered (not to be damaged, not to show signs of wear, to have all labels intact). Due to the delicate nature of the products sold, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, as it may endanger the health of buyers.

We recommend that you try the products without removing the removable label. You should also know that the return of the product without the composition label cannot be accepted. The products marked in the return form must be handed over in full to the courier, exactly as they were checked on the site when requesting the return. If there are different products in the return package than those in the completed form, after checking the package by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES WITH SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Fashion (clothing, footwear) - must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn, without stains or tears.
  • Clothing produced by us on a custom-made, made-to-order basis (strictly according to your anthropometric measurements) cannot be returned, as your measurements are unique and we are therefore unable to resell products specially created for you. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to order responsibly when choosing this type of clothing.
  • Products such as underwear, swimwear or cosmetics cannot be returned because they can endanger the health of consumers if they have been unsealed. 

LIMITATION OF THE RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

Our company, Rave Hood S.R.L. reserves the right to limit the "Return within 14 days" service in case of repeated returns, regardless of the type of returned product. The consumer will be informed by written notification, call or e-mail when incorrect behavior is found.

A return request will be deemed ineligible if the customer fails to fulfill their obligations, including but not limited to the payment of customs duties, import taxes, or any other applicable fees required for the delivery of the order. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the package being returned to the sender or abandoned, in which case the order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
