The shipping costs of the products purchased from RAVE HOOD are calculated and communicated to the Customer at the time of placing the order

For orders over 200 Euro we offer free delivery!

Rave Hood offers the delivery service to the front door of the home / property from the delivery address specified at the time of placing the order, as long as the characteristics / peculiarities of the Customer’s location allow the delivery to be carried out without violating the legal regulations on occupational safety.

The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in a period usually between 5-15 working days from the moment we confirm the acceptance of the order, their shipment will be carried out through our partner transport company. After a sales campaign (e.g., a Black Friday sale), delivery times may be longer than usual. Customers can always check the progress of their order through our communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and request an estimated arrival time.

When you have paid for the ordered product and subsequently refuse to proceed with its collection, the direct and indirect costs of transport will be borne by you to the extent that you do so without reasonable justification and intend to violate our legitimate trading interest.
